Who is a Candidate for MIPH?
MIPH surgery is an effective treatment for patients with Grade II, Grade III, and sometimes Grade IV hemorrhoids. This is the ideal procedure if you have internal hemorrhoids that have prolapsed (slipped out) and are causing you pain, bleeding, or discomfort.
The best way to determine if MIPH surgery is right for you is to schedule a consultation with one of our experienced proctologists. They will conduct a thorough examination and recommend the most suitable treatment plan for your specific condition.

The Key Benefits of Choosing MIPH Surgery
Minimal Post-Operative Pain: Because the procedure is performed in an area with very few nerve endings, you'll experience significantly less pain after the surgery.
No External Wounds: There are no external cuts or incisions, eliminating the need for painful dressings and reducing the risk of infection.
Faster Recovery Time: Most patients are able to return to their normal daily activities, including work, within just a few days.
Excellent Long-Term Results: By treating the root cause, MIPH offers lasting relief and a low recurrence rate.
Shorter Hospital Stay: MIPH is often a day-care procedure, meaning you can typically go home the very same day.
Reduced Complication Risk: The risk of complications like anal stricture and incontinence is much lower compared to traditional methods.

What is MIPH Surgery
The Minimally Invasive Procedure for Hemorrhoids (MIPH), also known as Stapled Hemorrhoidopexy, is a revolutionary surgical technique for treating hemorrhoids.
Unlike conventional surgery that involves cutting and removing hemorrhoidal tissue, MIPH works by repositioning the hemorrhoids and cutting off their blood supply.
Using a special circular stapling device, our surgeons at Ashirvad gently lift the prolapsed hemorrhoidal tissue back into its natural position inside the anal canal.
At the same time, the device precisely removes a ring of the blood vessels that supply the hemorrhoids.
Over time, the hemorrhoids shrink and disappear, providing a long-term solution with minimal discomfort.
